The parks in Paris are great
We visited the usual tourist spots, including the Eiffel tower. The pictures I
had seen of it didn't do it justice - it is a LOT bigger than it looks in a
photo. The picture on the left was taken from the first platform; compare that
to the shot of the whole tower.

...which were very cool, and didn't seem to bring anyone's
spirits down
The Louvre! Wow. I could spend weeks in there
I missed most of the Egyptian exibit because I was staring at
the ceilings
