Jim and I went for our first bike ride in Auburn today. It was fantastic! There are many very nicely paved country roads in the area-all we have to do is ride out the front door. We saw quite a few different animals on our ride, including horses, cows, goats, and some llamas! I feel like I'm finally getting my money's worth on my DuraAce drivetrain, it seems like on all my rides in Baton Rouge over the last 7 years, I used about 3 gears max (I did use quite a few more gears riding with Cat and Tony in Raleigh--remember the rain and hail--yikes!) but that has certainly changed here in Auburn--it's hilly here! The house re-organization is going very well, more pictures will follow!
